Everyone entering the track should be signing the waiver at the gate before you enter the facility. If you enter after hours, you will need to go to the NASA trailer to sign the waiver. HPDE and TT drivers will receive specific wristbands at your morning driver meeting. Drivers participating in Wheel to Wheel racing will need to go to the NASA Hospitality trailer to get your wristband from driver informaiton. Your wristband is your ticket to get on track so make sure you get your wristband.
All participants will be allowed to park for the weekend starting at 1:00PM Thursday. Please note that if you arrive late on Thursday, the entry gate will be closed; however, the exit gate will be open for you to use to enter the facility.
Other than the reserved RV spaces near the pavilion, there are no assigned parking spaces. Feel free to park in any spot. Keep in mind that paddock space is very limited so make sure that you park as close as possible to your neighbor. We also ask that everyone park in an East/West orientation to make the most of the available parking. Gates will open each morning at 6:30AM.
On Friday, the track will be hosting an open lapping day for any drivers wanting to get in more time before the event. NASA will have timing up and running for drivers to ensure that their transponders are working. To register for this event, please visit the tracks registration page.
In order to enter/exit the facility, you must cross over the track. Because of this, the gates will be closed anytime there is an active track session. The schedule has periodic course checks during which the gates will be opened to allow traffic to cross the track. Please keep this in mind and plan your time accordingly.
The concession stand will be on on Friday from 9:00AM to 1:00PM during the open lapping day. On Saturday and Sunday, they will be serving breakfast and lunch from 7:00AM to 2:00PM.
As is tradition for NASA, we will be hosting a complimentary banquet for all participants and their guests during which time we will also be presenting awards. Dinner will be teriyaki chicken served with rice and salad. We hope that you'll join us for the celebrations.
All cars in Time Trial or Race sessions are required to have a functioning transponder. In addition, we do providing timing of cars in the HPDE3/4 sessions. We have a limited number of transponders available for rent. If you rented a transponder, they will be available beginning Saturday morning and can be picked up at driver information.
For those that did not have an opportunity to get your car inspected before the event, we will try to have tech will be open on Friday from 1:00PM to 5:00PM. However, Tech will be open to perform annual inspections on Saturday from 7:00AM to 10:00AM and Sunday from 7:30AM to 9:00AM. All race cars will need to have their annual inspection completed before their first session of the weekend. All inspections done at the track are payable in cash to the person performing the inspection.
