Gates will open for all participants starting at 3:30PM on Thursday, June 16th. The gate to the facility will be manned 24 hours after that time. High Plains Raceway (HPR) offers reserved parking for RV's and Carports. For more information on reserving an RV or carport, please visit the HPR website. Other than reserved spaces, please feel free to park in any open space. Please note, HPR is asking everyone to park in a North/South orientation, except where indicated on the paddock map.
Everyone entering the track after 3:30PM on Thursday will be required to sign the waiver at the gate before you enter the facility. HPDE and TT drivers will receive specific wristbands at your morning driver meeting. Drivers participating in Wheel to Wheel racing will need to go to the NASA Hospitality trailer to get your wristband from driver information. Your wristband is your ticket to get on track so make sure you get your wristband.
On Friday, the track will be hosting an open lapping day for any drivers wanting to get in more time before the event. NASA will make every effort to have timing up and running for drivers to ensure that their transponders are working. To register for for open lapping or more information on HPR's open lapping, please visit their website.
The HPR Cafe will NOT be open for the weekend. They will have ice, drinks and chips for sale, but no other food item will be available While we tried to get another food vendor to be on-site, we were unable to procure one on time for this event. Please ensure that you plan accordingly and bring what you need to the track. There is a General Store in Byers just off off of I-25 @ Hwy 36 if you do need anything.
As is tradition for NASA, we will be hosting a banquet for all participants and their guests during which time we will also be presenting awards. We hope that you'll join us for the celebrations. After dinner stick around for some live music.
On-Site tire will be at the track on Saturday to see to any tire service needs you may have. If you need new tires, they can deliver to the track and mount and balance. Please help support our local service provider by using them for all your mobile tire service needs in the Denver area. Learn more about On-Site.

We have a limited number of transponders available for rent. If you rented a transponder, they will be available beginning Saturday morning and can be picked up at driver information.
